Prior To The Event

Nearly every Casino party begins with a phone call, or more often an email to us.
As a potential customer you will have a date a venue and an idea of what you would like to achieve from us.We are happy to discuss how to fulfill your exact requirements regarding elements like:
*Number of tables required and choosing the ideal games..*Cost*Any theming or room dressing to be added.* Personalising the event.* Timings to get maximum value from us.* Keeping the event a surprise, by scheduling set up timings carefully.Once you are happy with everything we email across an agreement with all of the details included for your peace of mind and you are all set.A week before the party we get in touch to make sure everything is perfectly planned ready for a smooth running event.

On The Day


We wll arrive at the stated time to set the tables up for you.This will usually take 20-45 minutes – all we ask is that you know where you would like us.We get everything into place, always adding giant cards and pull up banners to frame the tables and set the scene perfectly- and will check in with you that you are completely happy with how everything presents.

During The Event


20-30 Minutes before play begins your croupiers will introduce themselves and mingle with the guest whils distributing Fun Money $ notes to be exchanged at the tables for chips.At your specified time the tables will be open for play- typically for a 3 hour duration.Our croupiers will take the time to explain the games to those that have never played before and within just a few minutes they will be playing like a veteran !Players can “cash in” to be able to come and go from the tables or change games at any time- and we will keep everyone thoroughly entertained throughout.Around 10-15 minutes before the scheduled end of play we will call “last 3 hands/last 3 spins.Usually at the end of play the croupiers will work out the top player or players who have won the most chips and often prizes are awarded.
We will then pack away the tables whenever convenient to you.
A Fun Casino party will engage many many people regardless of character/age etc and requires minimal input effort from the organiser on the night- making it a persfect party entertainment solution.
